We are proud to coach the senior management of Finance South Sudan Limited (FSSL), a micro financing company that offers financial services in forms of loans and financial management skills. The senior management is very eager to improve their management, leadership and communication skills so they can keep FSSL financially healthy. The situation in South Sudan is highly subject to change, which also has implications for microfinancing.  This requires an innovative and flexible management style. Through on-going development and training, FSSL is able to achieve results in an environment that keeps on changing. 

The Academy for Professional Development would like to support and improve the quality of education in the Republic of South Sudan in the first place.  We know that quality depends on the quality of the people who are involved in the work.
